Phyllis
ok, but not comparable to NZ wines
Tatsiana
The best of our first bunch, Becky and I both liked it.
Gavin
Tabatha
Pretty traditional Sauv Blanc, not my favorite but still good.
Molly
not as potent as a NZ SB, but overall a good drinking white wine in the afternoon.
Dale
Pretty standard Sauv Blanc
Mary
One of my favorite white wines so far from wine awesomeness. It tasted great on its own but also paired really well with some spicy Indian food.
Sara
pretty good, nothing exciting
Don
Crisp, fruity,
Julie
not a sauv blanc fan, but this was drinkable
Theresa
Very nice

The Braidot family kicked off their winemaking days in the Fruili wine region of Italy in 1870! Fruili is in the Northeast portion of the country and is known for producing wines of serious quality for the price. We all know wine can already get too complicated and the Italians take that complexity to a new level. That's why we created this handy chart to make it a little bit easier to learn about wines from Italy. For this Sauv Blanc, the juice is a 50/50 blend of grapes that we're genetically cloned from French SB and Sauv Blanc grapes indigenous to Friuli. The result is straight up tasty AF with wonderfully effervescent, dynamic, and well balanced Sauvignon blanc that will surprise with its freshness. The taste of grapefruit with a light scent of elderberry and green pepper will be a true treat for you.
Try it with our Fig, Melon, Ham, and, Basil Summer Salad recipe.
