Crisp and lovely. Perfect for summer!
Shannon
Really good wine, for me it leaned more on the citrus than the white peach aspect, but I think I love the bouquet as much as anything. It reminded me of the sweet jasmine my gran used to keep on her porch. And that’s exactly were this was drunk with a simple Napa Chicken Salad Croissanwhich.

Nice dry pinot gris like biting into a green and tart apple. This wine has a bit of spicy bite with a long finish. I enjoyed it as an apertif and a prelude to dinner. Would buy it again.
David

Not my favorite, but it is pretty easy drinking.

Better than your typical Pinot Gris but not enough to convert me from my love of Sauvignon Blanc.
Adam
nice flavor even though my preference is a dry red

I like the taste of this. I believe all the wines are better chilled and with some type of a meal. I tried this first and was very impressed.

Many somms and wine geeks compare the Willamette Valley to France's infamous Burgundy wine region. The two regions are virtually on the same longitude and have similar climate. But one reason this bottle from Oregon is so damn tasty is the winemaker, Joe Dobbes. Dobbes learned his skills working at two of Burgundy's most renowned estates, Roumier and Lafon. The Dobbes team believes that their little patch of dirt in Oregon produces some of the best quality fruit in the world. Their philosophy is letting the grapes speak for themselves, rather than bending nature to their will. Pinot Gris AKA Pinot Grigio is originally from Burgundy, and is a cousin of Pinot Noir. The grape is incredibly versatile and thrives in different climates. The PGs from Italy tend to be uncomplicated porch pounders (this is no slight), and the PGs from colder climates, like the Willamette Valley, have nuance, depth, and subtleties that are worthy of exploration. The nose features an abundance of tropical fruit like dense pineapple, lychee, and starfruit, complemented with flowers like honeysuckle, quince blossom, and lemongrass. The sipping mirrors the nose, but with a splash of white peach, and ends with a super long, crisp, and refreshing finish.
