More about this wine from Willamette Valley, Oregon
Up in one of Northern Willamette Valley, Oregon’s newest AVA’s, the Tualatin Hills, is defined by its wind-blown loess soils and a cool microclimate. Here Alfredo Apolloni, with Italian winemaking roots originating in Tuscany, Italy dating back over 150 years, and Kevin Green work together to create sustainably farmed and produced wine, like this 100% organically-farmed estate Pinot Noir full of those classic Pinot aromas and fruit flavors. Alfredo’s Italian heritage has a strong influence on his winemaking style, and you’ll taste that difference in this delicate but gorgeous cherry-colored Pinot that has soaked up the Pacific Northwest’s terroir. Only 305 cases were made in total, so stock up here now!
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

This Pinot will pair well with all your heartier dishes, cheeses, or by itself if slightly chilled. But we love it together with a warm, root veggie spread.
