Nice lighter red, worked well with Sloppy Joe pot pie and smoked brisket quesadilla (yes, from Chipotle...)!

Enjoyable

Just delicious. Not too earthy like many reds can be. My husband even had a glass and he is not usually a wine drinker.
Lisa
Liked this a lot more than I expected. Definitely a lighter bodied red, but it had a nice, complex finish and paired really well with prosciutto, mozzarella and fig sandwiches.
Laura
A lighter cinsault but a good food wine
Suzanne
This turned me on to Cinsault: The first wine I've had in a while that I'd describe as interesting, and worthy of thought. Very spicy and provocative, without being dense, heavy difficult. The bottle suggests it's appropriate with lighter grilled meets (pork, chicken) because of its subtlety -- but it stands up just fine to heavy spices and would undoubtedly do well with red meats.
Eric
very drinkable

Light but full of refined flavor. There was a pleasant distinct layers of flavors. Berries and coffee. And I agree with it being pretty good even the next day.
