More about this wine from Adelaide Hills, South Australia
Just to the south of the city of Adelaide lies a little-known but kicking South Australian wine region called Langhorne Creek. Thought to be one of the country’s oldest winemaking regions, the town was founded in the 1800s by Langhorne, a cattleman, and not too long after regional wine pioneer Frank Potts purchased land and began farming — and thus, Bleasdale Vineyards was born. Their aromatic Sauvignon Blanc was grown in the cool climate of the Adelaide Hills (adjacent to Langhorne Creek), and it was lovingly picked over three days in March — just the right time for optimum freshness and enjoyment.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

We love an Aussie Sauvignon with grilled asparagus, but we also love it with a super fresh Greek salad, like this slightly deconstructed recipe.
