More about this wine from Willamette Valley, Oregon
Well, look what we’ve got here. Working from the Finnigan Hill Vineyard, one of our most favorite American organic winemakers, Boedecker Cellars, a husband and wife team working out of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, decided to up and make a wine made of equal parts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, all from the same vineyard, and fermented together. This means what you’re going to taste in this bottle is something entirely different than the usual. Maybe some rose petals and then some strawberry leading into some freshly cut grass. Do we have your attention yet? Last thing: friendly reminder, it’s best served slightly chilled.
