More about this wine from Williams’ Vineyard, Waipara Valley, New Zealand
Takahiro Koyama is the Japanese winemaker behind Waipara Valley, New Zealand’s Koyama Wines. He creates his wines from three local growers’ vineyards namely the Williams’, the Pearsons and Tussock Terrace. In this bottle, you’ll find only grapes from the Williams' Vineyard harvest. And true to his attention to detail, he decided to use 100% French Oak barrels to steep his grapes. The result is a Pinot that smells like baking spices and sweet fruits boasting a mouthful of flavors. This is a really special bottle, and we recommend it for very special occasions.
How to drink it

This complex and fancy AF Pinot Noir deserves a deluxe burger like these Lamb Burgers with Lemon-Caper Aioli and Fennel Slaw
