More about this wine from Conca de Barbera, Spain
Clos Montblanc is a sustainable winery located in Barberá de la Conca, Catalonia, Spain, located right near the fortified town of Montblanc and the monastery of Poblet (where those most famous Cistercian wine making monks settled in the 14th century). 300 years of family tradition went into this bottle, and you can taste the longevity of the Carbonell Figueras’ craft in every sip of this Xipella, a (holy) trinity of Cariñena, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes. The juice is powerful stuff, so do give it a bit of air before enjoying it.
