More about this wine from Hawke's Bay, New Zealand
In the middle of the New Zealand winemaking establishment in the Bridge Pa Triangle vineyard lives Paritua, a rising star on many a wine drinkers’ watchlist. (Including yours truly). One reason we are a bit obsessed is we love their old-world harvesting methods coupled with their use of a high-tech optical grape sorting machine that scans and rejects the fruit with imperfections before it goes to press. This method makes for a fundamentally awesome vino. And this red blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon plus a little dab of Cabernet Franc brings home that style of 'right bank' Bordeaux — but with a decidedly Kiwi kick.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Merlot is an easy-drinking wine that gets along great with many foods, i.e. pâtés, charcuterie, cheesy gratins hamburgers or a mouth-watering skin-on pork roast that we have here.
