Meet Mary Taylor... she's on a mission to easily explain that wine comes from very specific places. You may have already noticed, but her labels are elegant, all white adorned simply with the name of the winemaker and precisely where the wine is made. Wine doesn't have to be overly complex, after all... it's just grapes!
Cindy and I loved it!
Emily
Love this one and will reorder.
Carolyn
A perfect pairing with a sunset over the water. I really enjoyed sipping on this beautiful wine unwinding after a busy day. Great smooth taste
Jeff
Eminently drinkable, this is a standby.
Alexander
Oh yes.
Pamela
Very fruity and smooth. Enjoyed this a lot.
Nicole
Light and fruity loved it!
Palmira
I liked the blackberry element and did drink it quickly despite the amount of tannin and pepper that made an impression while drinking it
Chris
Like this one.
Dan
2018: Thick, creamy, oddly peppery -- this one didn't hit for me! Still better warm than cold though. 2020: much better! like a concord grape juice, very sweet.
Amanda
Very delightful.
Smooth with cherry flavors. Does not have a bite at the end — which I like. Very easy to drink but it does lack a boldness that I am seeking.
Heather
This Beaujolais lives up to its reputation--balanced, hits multiple notes, very drinkable indeed!
Sheila
Good slightly chilled
Shannon
A Good and Smooth Wine!
Arron
Lovely, smooth, easy to drink
So good we ordered it again -- and need to again.
More complex than first suspected. A little sour-dry.
Vincent
good mild flavor, sediment?
Katrina
smooth and fruity - would buy again
Elizabeth
Ok, but like any Beaujolais, it was a little lightweight.
Kani
Fruity, smooth, not sweet at all. It's a very easy drinking wine that would go with most thing. It's not exactly noteworthy but I would drink it again.
Gina
Excellent Beaujolais; more rich and complex than I expected. Mary Taylor never disappoints!
Claire
Delicious. Enjoyed with some cheese and home escape home. Perfection
Devon
Decent red, drinkable. Not sure what a “typical Beaujolais” is like, so don’t have much to compare it to.
Usually love Beaujolais. This was just alright
Alexandra
My wife enjoyed this one, so if the wife likes it, I'll order this again.
John
Fruity, a little sweet
Heidi
tasted great but had a ton of sediment in it
Sara
Very drinkable. Bright cherry flavors. Yum
Samara
VT - Julio - Ski Trip - think it was good? lol
Kelsey
Was ok. Generally acceptable for guests with varied taste for red.
Margaret
light, easy to drink
A perfect beaujolais -- fruity but smooth, beautifully balanced.
Eric
Light and very fruity; typical Beajolais style. Maes for easy drinking, especialky for novices.
Peter
A versatile red that goes well with either pasta, rice or meat dish. Also works well on its own. Gets smoother after opening.
Linda
Tasty and pretty smooth. Not a strong berry/fruit flavor.
Matthew
pleasant days 1-3; not super jammy or strong in flavor, but definitely grippy and drinkable
I liked this one more than my wife. It had to open up a bit.
D
Easy to drink, went nicely with dinner
Somewhat spicy/fruity. Had it with a parmesan sprinkled meal - delicious!
olga
Very versatile and a good value
Kathleen
Very astringent
Very nice once it was allowed to open up a bit.
James
I really enjoyed this wine
Melissa
An enjoyable, flavorful Tempranillo
Rachel
Great easy drinking wine.
Wesley
Very good. Very smooth with a lot of depth.
Just alright. First sip was harsh but it mellowed.
Very nice; bit of a nip to it.
Yum
did not care for
BREANNA
asdfasdfadsasdasasda
Dale
Enjoyed it very much
Love this wine. One of my favorites from Wine Awesomeness.
Julianne
Rich, acidic, paired incredibly with Brie and also just drinking on its own. Will keep this in the cellar for certain!
David
This is one of my absolute favorites. Drink with a friend or with food—fabulous either way.
I like this Douro. A solid, well structured red. Nothing transcendent but a reliable cellar staple.
This wine was good until the last glass when I got a mouthful of sediment. It coated one side of the glass. Almost as if it had been standing too long in the warehouse? I store all my wine lying down. It was disappointing.
Jennifer
This was a nice dry, jammy wine -- easy to drink with great flavor
Charles
Very nice for everyday, good value for the price
Ellen
Very nice, dry, full bodied wine. Definitely will purchase again.
Britta
surprisingly strong taste yet easy to drink
craig
I really liked this one. Aubrey said it was peppery but I fuck wit that. I want it again but maybe just for me.
Joel
Smooth. In between Malbec and Tempranillo
Andrew
Fruity, dry and tasy
Kelli
smooth
Joyce
Not good
Tracy
Great wine! Flavorful and easy to drink
Stephanie
love love love this wine!
Very nice, bold wine. Great with food or just a sipping wine.
VICTORIA
It was fine - didn't give me a "wow" feeling, but I enjoyed it. I'd drink again but not at WA's price.
Kieran
Pretty good with steak
Florence
Visited the Douro region 1.5 years ago and fell in love with their wines. This one is right up there.
Richard
I actually had 2 of these bottles due to shortage of something else. Delicious! Works well with lighter meals (seafood, fish, chicken) but also just by itself.
Adina
Just like I remember from my trip to Portugal. Medium bodied, well balanced.
Wendy
Just love it
Dianne
tart, needs to open up
Elysia
red fruits, cranberries, raspberries
Reynaldo
Went well with my broiled lamb chops. Not as well when sipped alone later that evening. Still a good bottle of wine.
Jammy; lots of dark, red fruit -- cherries, blackberry, raspberry. I let this breathe in the decanter for about 10 minutes; could possibly use a little more. But this one is a goody.
Tara
Portugal is the jam.
Logan
This was soo easy to drink, too easy to drink. I love it with chickpea fritters and a Za’taar dressed salad. The citrus notes were perfect against the spice and cucumber-yogurt dressing. It’s also great alone or with some sea salt crackers to play up against the moderate, crisp finish.
Monica
Nice crisp Chenin Blanc. Very drinkable
George
I LOVE THIS WINE! Doesn't need a pairing, just open and enjoy!
Carey
Alittle too sweet for my taste, but otherwise nice. may be good for novice or young winedrinkers.
This must have been pretty good since we drank it so fast I don't remember much about it! Would have been 5/5 if something had stood out.
Gretchen
Oh, this was good. I wasn't super excited about pear and apricot, but the mineral, acidic "sea water" vibe was like walking along a cold beach in the middle of winter

Rani
Perfect with pizza.
Dana
light & crisp, very refreshing will buy again.
Thomas
Great and flavorful
Daniel
Delicious! Good with vegetarian and pesto dishes
Sorry sorry you ran out of stock. We want more of this.
Mary
Dependable white that’s great with a lot of different foods.
This is a delightful and delicious wine. It paired perfectly with a spicy Barramundi. It holds up well to bold flavors, and it is one we will certainly order again.
Love
Amy
Loved this wine. It was a beautifully balanced white wine, great with or without food!
Jacqueline
light and crisp, loved it
Ieva
Great drinking wine. Refreshing, fizzy and green.
Mary Taylor wines are always something special! These regional French wines are so special!
Carol
too fizzy
Gail
Springtime in a bottle! Never mind that I am drinking it in the first week of summer. A little mineral, a teeny bubble, a smack of freshness. Buy a case and block out 4:30 pm every Friday for 12 weeks, because this is maybe the most ideal way to transition from the Friday workday to Friday fun times.
Jessica
Fantastic! A good, clean finish.
Clean, light, refreshing. Drinks well on its own or with food. Yum!
Karin
Nice. Would drink again and I'm not much of a white dirnker.
Love this one - light and crisp. Refreshing for summer!
Nice, but spritzy.
Ignacio
complex flavors, almost a chardonnay, but not a french sancerre. This is nice served very cold! Good with spicy asian meals.
favorite so far. lightly effervescent a la piquepoul/vinho verde i love iiiit
Pleasantly refreshing with pineapple/mango notes dominating the rather thin flavor profile. A very pleasant bouquet on the nose followed by just enough sweetness to make the wine enjoyable on its own or with foods like oysters on the half shell, fried chicken and pork roast.
William
Can’t sense the bubbles but really crisp fruity and a little but not too sweet!
Julie
The slight effervescent quality makes this a light and easy drinking wine.
Douglas
One of my favorites that I have had on this site. I'm a big fan of Sancerre, which this reminded me of, but with more complexity. Lovely wine! I immediately wished I bought more than 6 bottles, then it was sold out.
This is a surprisingly tasty and complex white
Sarah
Interesting wine. Well worth the money.
Fred
A little sweet and light. Not too much of a taste to it.
This is possibly one of the best white wine that I have tried. It is very well-balanced with great amount of both sweetness and dryness.
Xue
Delicious, crisp, and refreshing, with a green floral nose and bright fruit flavors. Very reminiscent of a good sauvignon blanc.
Laura
Just perfect, typical of the region and reminds me of great memories of France.
AMAZING! Incredibly fruity, yet refined.
Had this wine at Bella Trattoria on October 10th, 2021. We LOVED it. Nice little zip in it. Great flavor. Smooth but interesting.
Dennis
solid red, nothing particularly outstanding about it but overall good flavor/acidity/thickness, held up well for day 2.
Dry, floral, fruity, sour
Blackberries, acid, california by way of italy
Jason
yuck
Tom
Surprised by the wine, really enjoyed it
Very drinkable says Alexis. Full bodied, but not overwhelming. Excited to learn more about this rare grape and seek it out.
Alexis
I’m into this one. It’s not a region I’d had wine from before, but it was really good and I would like to revisit more wines from this region.
Very Nice once it opened up. Smooth.
I liked this one. Still not quite a 5 for me but it has a full bodied flavor that I enjoy.
Judith
Little tart as first but mellowed out. Enjoyable.
Lynette
wasn't really to my taste but it wasn't bad.
Really good and smooth
I loved this one! Fruit forward and a little sweeter note left on the tongue than what I normally drink. So happy to try something new that I’d never heard of and enjoy it so much!
A little too tart and jammy. Not my favorite wine, but interesting
Lindsey
chewy, smooth and Delicious! Enjoyed The berry flavors
Pleasantly surprised with this wine. Lots of berry in the nose and palette. Definitely high tannins, but I enjoyed the bite.
nice
Enjoyed this a lot! More than I anticipated.
good!
Wonderfully dry crisp texture with a balance of several slight citrussy tones. One of my favs.
Robert
Just tried, enjoying very much
Phyllis
Crisp on the palate with notes of lemon and melon. Not too sweet, which I feared. Lovely for spring/summer.
Wonderful summer white- fresh and clear.
Great wine, 100% Grillo - found it similar to good quality Sauvignon Blancs
A not-so-basic wine that you'll want again and again. Dry and saline.
Not a huge fan, too acidic
Morgan
Like a softer sweeter Sav Blanc
I can taste the volcano!
Great flavor
Marina
very good. great description, appreciate the back story
Don
Ooo yea grillo
Kelsy
An interesting combo of oaky and dry tropical fruit.
Rebecca
Very simple "one note" but not bad by any means. Easy drinking.
Jeffrey
A little tart but very easy to drink.
Very fresh
Anna
Crisp but slightly tart. It is perfect with my homemade sourdough crackers. I think I would like it even more chilled than it is right now.
Maria
Lightly floral
Happy hour
A little too tart for me. Not very interesting flavor either.
Like strolling through a lemon grove. This is a delightful wine that is playful and serious all at once. Elegantly balanced with a lovely soft finish, it is refreshing and perfect with food or on its own. Nice accompaniment to mild and raw cheeses as well as any milder seafood.
Candra
I thought it might be like a grillo. I did not care for it.
Quite good. Excellent pair with sushi somehow. Very easy to drink.
Kenny
Solid, not exceptional
Very enjoyable. Full bodied smooth and peppery.
Meh ok
Really liked this
Great, dusty, french
Sweet and floral. Well enjoyed.
Katherine
Really enjoyed this wine with a simple pasta dish. It was great with food.
very good
Medium body not high in tannins
Olga
solid! very consistent for nights 1-3, nothing remarkable in either direction. just reliable red boi.
Delicious, balanced and fruity. Peppery. Easy to drink. Nice on a chilly evening.
Smoky. Deep. Yummy.
Melinda
Jammy
Earthy
Tarryn
This was a typical Cahors in style. Nothing extraordinary but a very nice casual drinking wine and weeknight dinner wine.
One of my favorite reds these days
Not so good the first day I opened, but the next day... it opened up and was richer and more flavor.
I thought this was surprisingly tasty!
Nicholas
Excellent Malbec - definitely surprised to the upside. First Malbec outside of Argentina that I've tried and this one holds its own against the best homegrown ones.
Marvin
enjoyable
Not my jam, but still a good wine
rich and smooth, full-bodied.
really smoky
Dry, smooth, tart, crisp
Abbey
Light, crisp, refreshing!
Liza
I love rose’s and I like tart, but this was almost like drinking vinegar. Not the best choice unless you enjoy very tart.
Lisa
Excellent rose.
Sebastian
Very nice!
Crisp and clean
2020 is not as good as previous year. taste is a little flat; needs more acidity.
Wonderful, full-bodied rose. Like a rose petal on your tongue with a palate drying finish. Stands alone for sipping, also holds up to pasta, fish - well I would drink with anything!
Delicious rose! There was quite a bit of sediment in the bottle but no weird flavors or anything.
Lovely Rose. Nice and dry.
Carson said he hated it and it tasted like vinegar but then he kept on drinking it. He’ll say he hates any rose. Aubrey and I liked it
Very good!
Summer
Good juice, not too sweet
Good not very good
susan
Heavenly
Donna
This is one of my favorites from Wine Awesomeness. This is a delicious wine with wonderful flavor. Very easy to drink with just enough character to make you a little curious as to what it is made of! 12/10 recommend!
Sediment and headaches.
Todd
Tasty. Not sugary. Very fun rose to show off
it was just ok
Fruity and light
Paul
given as a gift and the recipient enjoyed it
one of my favorite roses yet
Reiss
A classic French rose'. Exactly what you were expecting in the best way possible.
It's a nice wine that goes with a variety of light, summery foods.
Expressive
Jacob
amazing. L and I loved it, buy more!
Such good Loire Valley rosé for the price!
Not tasteless like I find a lot of roses. There is a complexity to it that keeps you coming back for another sip.
Meghan
Tres bien
Michelle
Red berries on the nose. Apricot and peach on the palate. Crisp and tart.
A bit too tart for my taste. Verging on sour, it was unpleasantly tart. My drinking companion liked the buzz and wants to get another bottle of the wine that "sent him to Dreamland."
Fruity and tart. Perfect accompaniment to my spicy pasta dinner but also good to drink alone.
Good!
