Well described by the WA. Fresh and fruity. Well balanced. A good substitute when there are no Marlboroughs to be had. Just missing the grass.

Solid SB! Sweeter and less acidic than most, which I like. Typical tropical flavor profile, good warm and cold.

The crew at Ventisquero launched its vision for Chilean vino in the early 2000s. The mission was simple and is still in place today: show that vineyards in Chile can produce some of the best wine in the world. The team sought to challenge the status quo that South American wine is overly jammy and high in alcohol. It's now 15+ years later, and the team consistently produces top-notch Pinot Noir, Sauv Blanc, Carménère, and beyond.
We had a day dream one day that we could circumnavigate the world in 24 hours and pop by every major region that produces Sauvignon Blanc. Every example is delish, but the styles differ between France, New Zealand, and places like Chile! This Sauv Blanc grew up with a view of the Pacific Ocean and we swear you can taste the beach in every glass. The nose reveals a blend of citrus and tropical fruit, such as limes, grapefruits, pineapples and pears, complemented by floral notes and a hint of minerality. It's a beachside fruit salad! The sippin' is elegant, fresh and has well-balanced acidity. Read more with our Grape Guide: Sauvignon Blanc.
