More about this wine from Hawke's Bay, New Zealand
Prepare for Grace-ness. This Sauvignon Blanc hails from Paritua’s vineyard in the heart of the acclaimed Bridge Pa Triangle wine region of Hawke’s Bay, on New Zealand’s North Island. It is not hyperbole to say this locale is the perfect storm for winemaking. The region boasts all gravel soils, surrounded by gentle hills, and it’s blessed with long, lingering summers and clear, crisp winters. These exceptional conditions were born to create exceptional wines — especially a Sauv bedazzled by guava and nectarine with bouts of quince and vanilla. My, oh, my drink this Sauv bottle dry.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Crab cakes make for an excellent pair with any Sauv Blanc, but this SB is a bit more upscale! So we upscaled our crab cakes with these Blue Crab Beignets.
