More about this wine from Yakima Valley, Washington
The Yakima Valley is an acclaimed wine region in Washington State that’s also known as one of the world's leading producers of apples. It now includes more than 60 wineries that stretch out over three distinctive sub-appellations: Red Mountain, Snipes Mountain, and Rattlesnake Hills. To produce the kind of vino they desired, Boedecker Cellars, an Oregon vintner, decided this was the only region in which to produce this very special bottle of 100% hand-harvested Cabernet Sauvignon. All those dark fruits and layers of spice playing so well in the sandbox together taste just about as deep and velvety-smooth as Northwest Cabs get.
