More about this wine from Bordeaux, France
In the words of the infamous, Biggie Smalls... "If you don't know, now ya know!" Bordeaux wines are a blend of some of the most classic grapes, AKA noble grapes, which France has put on the map for centuries. The crew at Château Grand Jean takes the winemaking up a notch at harvest by snagging samples every day in order to harvest the lil magic berries at optimal ripeness.

In order to keep the specificity of each grape variety and its terroir, the juice from each specific grape does not do any co-mingling before the blend date. We'd say this extra TLC makes for damn tasty vino. All the smells conjure images of ripe red and black fruit like blackcurrants and wild strawberries. The sippin' is still fruit-tastic with complex notes of vanilla that ends lush, round, and well balanced.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Bordeaux might be the most quintessential French wine region, so pairing a classic Bordeaux rouge with a fancy dish like Beef Bourguignon seems like the right move. But au contraire, mon frère... we changed up the old school with this Beef & Bacon Stew!
